When Sophia (Harriet MacMasters-Green) and her daughter Helena (Sabrina Jolie Perez) arrive in the quiet town of Latina they are initially content in their new home. However when Helena begins losing her baby teeth she reports to her mother that she is receiving bizarre visits at night. Rather than the charming figure of the tooth fairy it is a somewhat more sinister presence that is appearing before Helena.
